Since we sell food products, returns are allowed only in specific cases to maintain quality and safety standards.

● The product packaging is tampered or defective
Conditions:
● The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
● You must provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
● The product must be unused and in its original condition
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
● Opened or consumed products
● Change of mind after purchase
● Incorrect shipping address provided at the time of order
● Delivery delays caused by courier partners
● Minor variations in product appearance or packaging
● Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
● Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
● In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
