Return & Refund Policy

Since we sell food products, returns are allowed only in specific cases to maintain quality and safety standards.


Eligible for Return / Refund

You may request a return or refund if:

      You received a damaged product

      You received a wrong item

      The product packaging is tampered or defective

Conditions:

      The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

      You must provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

      The product must be unused and in its original condition


Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

      Opened or consumed products

      Change of mind after purchase

      Incorrect shipping address provided at the time of order

      Delivery delays caused by courier partners

      Minor variations in product appearance or packaging


Refund Process

      Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

      Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

      In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
